We are updating how stocktakes work in Hops to make the process easier, clearer and more accurate for your team.
You will soon see a new step-by-step stocktake flow. Each stage explains what to do, shows the information you need, and helps you complete your stocktake with confidence.
1. SummaryThis is the starting point of the stocktake. Here you will see the key information such as the site, date, users involved and any notes or details from previous stocktakes.
2. Count Sheets — now with ‘Claim and Return’Users will now “claim” a count sheet when they begin counting, just like borrowing a library book. When they have finished and are happy with their figures, they “return” it.This creates clear responsibility and helps prevent mistakes or duplicate entries.Count Sheets remain fully customisable and widely used. This also helps us prepare to bring Count Sheets to the Hops mobile app, planned for early 2026.
